Purchased for an LG CX 65”. An absolute must for OLED tvs. Had to swap the tv out 3 times and each time was a breeze for the manufacture warranty. Have talked with geek squad multiple times and they assure if i have any future problems, it’ll be just the same.

Glad I purchased the 5 year protection plan because I don’t think it’s that good of a tv.

Havent had to use it. But i will find out because the picture on the TV is cutting out and i may need ro use this warranty.

The protection plans are a must buy if you ever do need to contact them it’s so easy to and they will come out asap if they need to I’ve had plans from other places and Best Buy is the best

my 14 month old Vizio tv was not working properly and the geek squat came and after a few test their recommendation was to replace the TV . i was giving a replacement # went to the store selected another tv and they deliver the new one and picked up the broken one at no charge ..GREAT PROTECTION PLAN

A little expensive for a service that may not even be used, but better than having to replace the TV on my own for if it's defective.

The Geek Squad people are very friendly and professional. I buy most of my electronics at Best Buy and use Geek Squad Protection for all of my expensive purchases.
