Any time that I go to buy on Best Buy is one of the main reasons that make go there and buy the products, because if any time I had any problem with any of the items that I bought there, the service was just incredible!. Even in some case the change my camera for a new one!.

I do buy coverage on items. The only thing that bothers me is that the first year, the coverage is actually covered by the manufacturer. So your paying of "two years"really only gives me 2nd year coverage. At least that's the way I understand it.

Love the product. My TV went out and they replaced my TV without and problem. It was delivered within 48hrs.

Don’t always purchase a Geek Squad Service however when you make an investment this large this give me peace on mind for 5 years.

Got this 55” tv on deal of the day and I gotta say it has a way nicer picture than my previous 65” tv. Sony Oled has never disappointed me. Can’t wait to get my hands on a much bigger one.

Always always always get the protection plan! It has saved me twice when my tvs went down. I got a new tv each time with zero hassle.

I always try to buy all my electronics with the Geek Squad Protection. The last time it was kind of a hassle while bringing my grand Baby’s broken iPad by they finally worked things out. The only issue I had encountered

They replaced my Tv with no issues. Just had them come out take a look at it and told me they would replace it no problem!

This is a general comment not specific to this particular purchase they were on a problem for me then went out of their way to try to help me so I really appreciated that just don’t lose what you have covered with the geek squad in your problems will be minimal

If you are buying any type of electronic you should also be protecting your investment with a protection plan! Electronics are electronics and stuff can go wrong and if you have protection, you have NO worries in the world on your investment!

Love the protection plan always get one just to be safe personally i always get it to all my buys on best buy
