Got the 5 year protection because my previous TV died shortly after 3 years! Thankfully I have not needed the Geek Squad but the one experience I did have went well and was very professional.

I purchased the 2 year Geek Squad Protection Plan when I bought my LG OLED TV. I haven't had to use the plan yet.

Absolutely worth it if you purchase an OLED TV. One of the few warranties that covers OLED burn in, which is still a thing and well worth protection on an LG CX OLED.

Love having the Geek Squad protection for all products it’s well worth the cost. They are very easy to deal with and always very helpful until problem is resolved

Geek Squad is exceptional!!! I purchase Geek Squad with all my major purchases. I would say purchase total support it saves almost have on most Geek Squad purchases which totally pays for itself if you require Geek Squad services.

Really like this Sony speaker system. Get your best around volume 30 without blowing out the neighbors candles or rattling the windows. I always trust the Sony brand.

What I love about geek squad protection is that Best Buy has it for everyone and everything on new and open boxes and it has the same protection, and they can fix it on the store and I don’t need to ship anything! Thankyou

So worth the money! Got a new TV comparable when the picture went dead on a model purchased two years ago. A. It difficult to cash in on during COVID and geek squad staff working remotely but in the end came away with a brand new TV!
