I set up an appointment and was seen the same day. My tv wind up not working so the warranty was cashed in and got my.money back on a gift card. So highly recommend especially for open box items.

The Geek Squad offers you valuable product protection either in person or on line. They are always accessible on line and can answer and solve many problem on line. Also, their in house service is very fast and the employees are very professional.

I never had to use a protection plan yet but its nice to know that they will cover your purchase if anything goes wrong within that time frame.

I'm so happy I purchased the warranty. The Geek Squad is the best. I had a issue with my 75 inch TV and they was willing to help and they fixed the issue right over the phone. Quick and easy process.

I wouldn’t be caught without the Geek Squad Protection Plan on all of my eligible Best Buy purchases!

Its worth it to get but i have not needed to take anything in since we take care of our stuff!

Good deal for the money. It is another product as many other brands offer. But it is the one available from Best Buy. Fair enough to not complaint.

Always add the extra protection Best Buy stands buy there products!

Having the Geek Squad Protection has been very helpful. It's now been upgraded to "Total Tech Support", but is worth having the benefits of this 'Insurance Policy'.

Did not need to use this but having Geek Squad in my back pocket is a lifesaver

its there when i have an issue and have not run into one yet so its hard to tell im sure it would be of a great benefit if i run into and issue

The Geek guy was excellent. Very nice. Set up the TV very quickly and connected to the internet. I just don't know enough to know how to ask the questions. I'm sure I'll be contacting them soon. Nice to have access to an IT squad.

I am extremely happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend anyone who gets anything electronic and valuable to get the geek squad protection.

Dont buy from best buy!!!! They used to be good my TV messed up and we called them cause they can be fickle on what they do and say. Ive returned tvs for store credit before to get another brand cause the one i had has issues. This time I asked about it and they said i would have to have it brought in then sent off for repair. Or someone come to my house ive had people steal from me before i do not let people in my house. I told them that I wanted to do a warranty and then was going to buy a more expensive tv. They told me that i could not do that then transfered me to a supervisor who said yes it would be ok let me get you to another department. That next department pretty much told us to send it in or nothing at all. So like normal fashion with best buy its up to if they feel like letting you do it or not. I just had swapped out a bad router for a better one and guy at register said yes you can do this. But about a month or 2 later they wont let me exchange my tv? It has panel issues I spend most of my time at home due to not being able to work cause of a back injury so if i have to send my tv back for repair i will have no way of watching tv. But its cool i wont be buying from best buy anymore and i have slowed down over the years buying from them i was an elite member spending over 7k a year with them but as i said no more.

5 years of geek squad.. 5 years! Havent need to call the squad, but good to know I can if need be.

Over all good picture. Does well with gaming. Would recommend.
