I have purchased televisions from Best Buy on several occasions and have always obtained the extended warranty offered by the geek squad. It is a great insurance program to ensure that your electronics me expectations and can be replaced if need be.

We never get protection plans for any of our devices but we went ahead for one for my husband new tv. Since we do have 3 kids in the home so just to be on the safe side.

For the price and the coverage. A no brainer to go along with a TV.

Had to use this once and I’m glad I had it. Was a easy fix but I wouldn’t have known that.

My daughter’s tv stopped working and it was no problem refunding some money because it couldn’t be fixed.

I got insurance, it was a great deal. 5 years. It’s worth it.

Geek squad is a very good Insuranse, and case any complaint is easy and quick to communicate

I purchased the Geek Squad but I didn't need them because my Tv had no issues Amen

It is always good to have protection! Especially with a high value item.

My old Television went bad in the 23rd month of 24 month coverage. Was credited for the full purchase price of Television, was able to buy a better unit for the same price.

Without the 5-year protection plan, we would have had to pay full price for a replacement TV when the old set stopped working.

Bought the protection plan for new treadmill. Hoping nothing ever goes wrong but love knowing they will come to the house and fix if needed.

Purchased the extra protection for the new TV we purchased as it was inexpensive, that being said it was a "just in case" purchase and hopefully we won't need to put it to the test.

I have yet to use it but I have always been a person to say better safe than sorry. I love to keep things as long as possible and so the convenience of being able to go to the store and get any repairs done under warranty gives me peace of mind

Wouldn't buy any electronics without a warranty. Have used this same type of warranty before thru Best Buy and we were never upset or disappointed with the service or follow up.

I haven't needed to use this and I'm not sure when it would come in handy, but I'm definitely the type of person who buys insurance for everything because with my luck I'll need it. Knock on wood.

I am on my third, large, wall mounted TV. The first two only lasted 3 years. I bought the 5 year extended warranty on the second tv and it was worth every penny. The coverage replaced my TV 100%
