Great for the price. Last t.v I bought did not last to long.

I bought a 5-year warranty at a very good price; I hope I won't have to use it.

The Geek Squad is the only way to go. So helpful you really need to purchase the protection. My last TV died at only one year old. I received full credit on my purchase price. Don't leave the store without it :)

The tv quality is amazing, the sound is also amazing. I love how if I lose my remote I can use my phone as the remote.

They were nice and helpful when my TV screen went black. I tried for hours to reset it by unplugging it and waiting and plugging it back in to the power outlet. Nothing worked.

Took in and repaired on same day. Had a hard time finding where to make an appt.

I feel my TV purchase is secure with a Geek Squad protection policy, they are local so I don't need to worry about much of a wait time for any service I may need. 5 year protection at a very fair price is well worth my peace of mind.

The two guys went above and beyond I had a TV upstairs I wanted to take it downstairs to the rec room and they did it with no issues and they happily did it and it was they did a great job and I really appreciate it both my wife and I are handicapped so with them doing that really made our life easier

All i have to say is that everyone need to try the Geek Squad service to feel as goos as i do. My tv need some qork done and Geek Squad sent a professional to help me out. I had a computer to fix and they did. Also, all the store in NYC has great customer services in the Geek Squad Department and throughout the Best Buy store.
