I've been fortunate in only having to use Geek Squad once. I purchase this protection for all my purchases.

You never know when you are going to need it. I was able to get a brand new TV when my original TV went bad.

Its always a great feature to have on any electronic device they come out to your house and try to fix your problem of they can't then they replace it

The agents mounted my tv and told me I bought the wrong mount. He had one in his truck & it worked out great.

I tend to always buy the protection, it give me a sense of relief if anything should go wrong, and of course for the no hassle replacements! It is second to none.
