the geek squad worked with me several times trying to get my Samsung notebook to work properly, they finally succeeded

The geek squad will fix it or replace it or give me store credit if something goes wrong. This is important to me.

Excellent in case it brakes or you don't like the item you can return the item with ease or you need your money back
