Unfortunately they were unable to repair our iPad Air 2 .. appears it’s another Apple failure for us. Battery died and was unable to replace since it has the glass cover.

Highly recommend for oled TVs. I ended up upgrading to the 5 year plan, just in case. I own a A8h Sony

I usually buy protection plan for the equipment I have, it means peace of mind in case something happen.
