It is important to be responsible about our products. A simple change in voltage could ruin, hundred or even thousand of dollars.

Prior to purchasing this HDTV, I owned a Sony HDTV for 9 years. About 6 years after I purchased it, the picture started to fail. I purchased the protection plan as insurance in case I encounter any problems with this HDTV.
