got this for my grandma who lives out of state she was very impressed whenever she needed help.

I haven't used the service yet but from what I know about Geek Sqaud, they are awesome.

We were able to hook up the t.v. rather easily and have been enjoying it ever since.

The Agents did not mount my TV but I have dealt with Geek Squad in the past & they are awesome.

So glad to get the warranty if it breaks they'll fix it such a relief to have them come to the house and fix within an hour
