I purchased a Samsung 65" TV and it was delivered on time and set up in a short period of time. They had to move a heavy cabinet to get to the plug in's. They were very knowledgeable and polite. Answered any questions I had.

It's when you think that nothing will happen with my purchase, suddenly something happens ans you wished you would have added protection. ALWAYS GET GEEK SQUAD!!

Recommend this for every appliance purchase. It gives a piece of mind knowing accidentals are covered or can be fixed

I always purchase the Geek Squad protection plan for my products because I know that they are very reliable when it comes to responding to its customers when necessary! They certainly give you piece of mind as a consumer.

Samsung make great TVS The picture is bright and no blur in action sequences. The blacks are very black and sound is good. The remote is simple but does a lot and easy to use. The only thing I wish all the connection were on the back of the TV rather than in the extra box you have to hook up.

You can't go wrong with Geek Squad Protection on a device you expect to use and have for a long time. Every time I've had to use the Geek Squad Protection plan for an item that I got coverage on, the service has been great.

I will always purchase the protection plan. My previous television malfunctioned after 2 years and we were provided with a new television of equal value. We were then able to upgrade to a larger model of greater value. I immediately purchased the 5 year protection plan for the new television.

I always buy the protection plan for major appliances it comes in handy I replaced the a 65 inch Vizio that stopped working right before the warranty ran out

wouldn't leave or buy anything from best buy without the knowledge that i would have a protection plan for my product. i have used the protection plan multiple times before and they do pay off in the long wrong if there is a problem.

I have never had to use the warranty it is just good to have if u need it

I have never had any trouble getting replacements for products that have gone bad within the warranty period. It is money well spent if you do not want to have to pay to replace the product if it is defective outside of the manufacturers warranty.

It is always a great idea to purchase an extended warranty for purchases which qualify. I have purchase Geek Squad protection for other products I have purchased from Best Buy. The sales personnel do not pressure you to purchase the protection. They do an excellent job in explaining the protection.

The agent that came to my home to service our tv was professional, knowledgeable and on time as promised.

Called them because of problems with the screen and the GEEK SQUAD diagnosed it and knew what was wrong with it immediately.

I hope to not need this but am assured it will cover any damages by movers. It did NOT cover transportation of the TV from the store to my house.

5 years protection, nce to work with, good customer support.

This was my most valuable purchase yet at Best Buy. I couldn’t have gotten a better deal elsewhere. I got the 5yr plan on top of it!

I hope I never have to use this protection plan but I am very satisfied with the fact that I do not have to mail my television anywhere, all I have to do is repackage it and bring it back to the store with the receipt and they will either fix it or give my money back. Why less of a hassle for me.
