Geek Squad 5 yr protection on my new TCL Smart TV that I purchased was a great price!! It gives me added security and peace of mind.

I think it is a 50/50 thing when it comes to warranty and Geek squad. The tv is expensive under a good discount. Getting a warranty is not a bad idea. Seriously what if…! Just like to be on the safe side.

Haven't had to use it yet but purchased for a tv. Coverage included is good.

Purched the agreement for my television incase something happens to it. 1st ever sony television i have purchased and wanted the extra protection for piece of mind!!

They installed a bracket and mounted my TV. They connected to all my devices and even programed my Harmony remote.

Definitely worth getting the extended warranty, especially if you have little kids

I believe the protection plan is a must have for expensive tech that you plan on keeping for years to come. In the past, I had to make claims a few times on my products and the geek squad always corrected the issue.

Replaced the screen on my 55" LG OLED due to 'burn-in'. Get the warranty when you buy this product, it will save you a LOT of money down the line! Guys were in and out inside 45 mins! Thank you Geek Squad!

The agents were nice and friendly. They helped me setup my tv with ease within 30 minutes. They were quick and professional about it. I would highly recommend having geek squad help with setting up your TV. It worth it

I always purchase this protection as the comfort of knowing that my item will be replaced if it breaks is reassuring. I have had to use the warrantee many times and Best Buy has replaced my item for free whenever they could not fix it

Don't know yet. If tcl doesn't warranty my tv we will see what Geek squad does. Geek squad doesn't kick in until tcl's non existent warranty ends.

Having your items protected is very important to have.

Have always had great service with Geek Squad. Never had any pushback or issues when bringing things in.

Bought this protection with a television and ended up needing it, which got me the defective tv replaced for free. So glad I got it!! Purchased another item recently with this protection too, and hope to not need it again but kno I'm protected if I do. Appreciate the fact best buy does this service at a low cost.

This TV has been excellent and has fit all my needs. Sometimes the TV doesn't show up in other devices to be able to cast to. The Google Home app had trouble connecting to my TV.

Knowing the TV was going into a bedroom was bothering me so I decided to get the warranty as a precaution.

Never had a problem with geek squad I always get it because you never know we could go wrong with electronics

Got the 5 year protection because my previous TV died shortly after 3 years! Thankfully I have not needed the Geek Squad but the one experience I did have went well and was very professional.

Great piece of mind for a larger item. I trust best buy's service as much as any other big-box store
