I am so happy i got the protection plan, not because I've needed it yet, but b/c it makes me feel sure that best buy will be there if something should happen

Haven't had to use the protection plan yet, but I have used in the past and they are usually pretty good.

I always buy the plans now. They have been worth the money every time

Due to the price of my new TV I purchased this protection. My last TV was shorted out due to a power outage. So far I haven’t had to use it.

An absolute must have! Simply looking out for my best interest with the purchase of my Surface Pro 7.

I bought this plan along with Sony xbr55x830d and as soon as I switched on tv , it had sound problem and due to this plan I got brand new factory packed tv.

In this day and age with smart tv’s, it pays to warranty your tv. Go max years as shelf life is maybe 8-10yrs.

G.etting insurance against defect or damage is a no brainer in my book ,some thing always goes wrong the second year of a purchase ---I'm prepared this time

Didn’t have to use it so far, but definitely gives you peace of mind.

The warranties at Best Buy are great price and we have always had good luck if and when we have had to use them.

Geek squad was very nice to me when calling in. I had lot of questions and they answered and fixed my problems

I always buy the warranty plans can save you tons of money from Best Buy or any other store just check details

I love that the Geek Squad 2 year protection covers burn-in for OLED tv's, but when I spoke with Best Buy support I was informed that the protection would begin after the manufacturers warranty but when I received the Geek Squad protection confirmation it shows that the protection begins from the day or purchase. There seems to be misinformation provided from the Geek Squad support agents.

Peace of mind, highly recommended as it is on my 85”, can’t imagine without it of something happens to my TV.
