Geek Squad 5 year standard protection. lets me know that if something happens to my TV in the first 5 years. Including damage from lighting. I am covered. There Tech support and technicians are some of the best I ever come across. I would recommend a Geek Squad extended warranty to anyone who shops at Bets Buy.

When I purchased an expensive TV I ended up purchasing this as well I’m so happy I did not have any problems with the TV and when I ended up going to sell it I almost got all my money back this is one of the things that she definitely need to have just in case

I added the 5- year service warranty to my Samsung purchase just to be sure! But I’m thinking I might not have needed it with this product as everyone I speak with that owns products from Samsung are happy even years later! But I trust Best Buy and their guaranteed service! Great investment!

I am a true believer in the warranty program for big ticket items. I had purchased a TV previously and after a few years there were major issues. Geek squad came & removed older TV and gave me full credit to purchase a replacement. They then came & installed the new TV. They were great to work with.

Geek squad protection is a must. So worth the money. I get it on almost everything I buy from bestbuy. Expensive tv and xbox remote broke.80 bucks was alot cheaper than having to buy new one.

One of the main reasons that I feel comfortable shopping at Best Buy is because of the Geek Squad, and the Warranty that they offer on certain products that you purchase. They have always gone above and beyond to refund, repair, replace, in order to take care of their customers.

I have not used this for my purchase recently, thoigh i will say my previous experiences with Geek Squad was useful to me.

We purchased a Microwave for our granddaughter going to college. It was reasonably priced and she was happy that shew had coverage during her next 4 years at college.

I wouldn’t make a big purchase without buying the extended warranty. My high end laptop went bad and Best Buy reimbursed me with a gift card. Same thing with a sound bar that went bad. Also, I had a tv that went bad from Best Buy and thank goodness I had the extended warranty on it. They give you the current value of the product, not what you paid for it on a gift card. That is way better than being at a total loss.
