Haven't taken a warranty out in several years. Awesome to have just in case something goes wrong with new items.

I've used this type of protection on products I've purchased in the past, and it was helpful to have it in place when needed. Fortunately, I have not used this very often, and I hope I do not need to for this most recent purchase. I'm giving it 5 stars based on ease of use for past products I've owned that needed replacement, repair, or a quick tweak at the store.

For a television of this value, it made total sense to opt for the Geek Squad service. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I am completely covered for most things that can go wrong.

I love my Toshiba Fire TV, with its beautiful crisp picture and great sound. It has multiple HDMIs and with having Roku/Amazon apps, I no longer need the usb sticks. Would recommend.

Thankfully I haven't had to use this service as of yet, but there's nothing like that piece of mind should anything malfunction. I purchased this protection plan for a Smart TV purchase, and would recommend anyone making a high end purchase to get this protection plan. It only cost a few bucks extra and could really help should anything happen to your tech equipment.

I haven't needed them lately, but the Geek Squad is always there to answer any questions.

When I call Geek Squad and told them that the delivery man just came and dropped off the TV without helping me set it up, they told me not to worry that he would have them turn around to help me set it up, and that put my mind at ease that I made the right decision but getting this warranty.

Worth having it, and you can get a pro-rated refund if you don’t need it anymore.

Best chioce if you have kids in your home..they cover all major issues and breakage

Hopefully I won’t have to use this it’s like buying insurance

I have utilized the protection plan on several items and Best Buy has honored the plan each time. The way appliances are made anymore, it is just smart to get a protection plan on them. There will always be something that happens. Warranty helps me feel better about spending that much money on an appliance or TV

Thankfully, I haven't had the need to use it, but I would totally recommend getting the warranty for this TV. This TV was our best buy yet, and I would hate to have something happen to it and not be able to repair it. It is better to be safe than sorry.

I came in price checking a tv and after Dean helped me, i left with a 85” Sony! Good tv so far! Dean has excellent customer service & is very polite & professional!! I will look for Dean to help me if needed when i go back!

Good extended warranty for a good price hopefully I’ll never have to use it

The quality on the screen is impeccable and don’t get me started on the colors. truly worth every penny. it fits perfectly in any setting. If you want luxury and quality, this is it.

I have always been a fan of Best Buy Service Plans. Granted it is like every other insurance: you hate paying for it, but you hate not having it when you need it. I have been on both sides of Best Buy Service Plans: I have purchased some and never used it and I have purchased some and used it. The experiences that I have had using them have all been good so I continue to purchase the service plans.

Love the people. Very friendly. Very knowledgeable. Only problem was that when my daughter broke my tv from hitting it they said that warranty doesn’t cover things like that.

I bought this for my mother when she had her new TV set up. She has already used it and the service has been great. I think they helped her set up her hearing aids to connect to the TV and have helped with other functional things she did not know how to do. Very happy with service.

Geek squad serviced my tv. Weren’t able to fix so they gave me store credit for old tv and I was able to purchase a new tv for no cost. Awesome!
