Purchased a 2 yr Geek Squad, with the Hisense H8G..Haven't needed it yet, but with the Panel lottery, LED's going out etc, it's a good backstop..If you have OLED, I think this is the only extended warranty that offers protection from burn-in (vs SquareTrade and others).

The protection plans are a must buy if you ever do need to contact them it’s so easy to and they will come out asap if they need to I’ve had plans from other places and Best Buy is the best

This warranty saved me with my TV purchase. We bought the display model since it was the last one in stock but the pixels started going out. Thankfully it was still within our warranty period. Since there was no longer a TV with like technology Best Buy refunded the entire purchase with a gift card that we were able to put towards a new TV.

The warranty covers everything for 5 years! seems like a no brainer.

Good value for extended coverage in case something goes wrong after manufacturer warranty expires.

Great service just in case anything happens to my Samsung I will continue to keep purchasing from Best Buy the best products!

It's an OK TV. Nothing special about it. Had a 2017 samsung 4k UHD before. Really it doesn't make much difference for regular viewing. OS did not feel friendly either. If you have an 4K UHD tv stick with it or go for maybe OLED TV.

The agent was very helpful in identifying that my old plan didn't give me the benefits that would help me save money on my current CPU issues. He refunded (pro-rated) the old plan, signed me up for the new plan and I saved $75.00 overall. Jay with Geek Squad is the bomb!

i'm really glad my new 43" 4K TV came with it. it was a reasonable price too, i decided i didn't need the 5 year one because that was too long. the two year for an extra $20 was perfect! I am worried something might happen to the TV one day, so i decided to get it.

The Geek Squad Protection plan helped me the end of May when there was a lightning strike near my home. Having it allowed for a technician to come out for a service call that I was able to take advantage of.

Geeksquad has been a HUGE help with several items over the years. Ill honestly never buy a big ticket item with out their extra coverage. A+++ service!

Truly a must have when you purchase a new TV! I have had to use it in the past and boy was I glad I had this. If your spending alot of money on something that can can get damaged by nature along (lightning) than you definitely should have this protection.

Got the protection plan just Incase because of the tv that I bough that I was told was a hold I say tv edition made for Black Friday so for 2 years I’ll be protected if the tv happens to internally not work well so I can get a new one!

I rarely have something go wrong with electronics, but on a fairly big purchase, like a smart TV, it makes sense, since the standard warranty can leave you without use of the device for weeks if something goes wrong. With this, I can get a replacement or repair in no time.
