This service contract is well worth it. If anything goes wrong they will come fix it or replace

Geek squad protection is a must wear any electronics Purchased at Best Buy you might think you don’t need it, until you do.

If it is broken then they can do their best to fix it. They are super knowledgeable and easy to talk to and easy to understand.

I had a warranty with them on my old tv and when it suddenly stopped working they replaced it with a more expensive better tv

the squad were able to replace my tv without issue. the squad removed the old tv, hooked up the new tv, and connected all of the other devices. very satisfied.

I would say highly professional and fast. I always will get a warranty through them.

Well worth the money! I recommend always purchasing a protection plan when purchasing any item from Best buy! I have had good positive experiences when it comes to geek squad so far can't say anything bad about them..

I'm so happy I got the service plan for my new tv. It is nice not to have to worry about bringing the tv in to a Best Buy location if anything were to go wrong with it. It takes my worry away. I haven't had to use it yet and am crossing my fingers I won't need to. I consider it insurance.

this first time they took care of me no issues but the secomd time geek squad lied so I will no longer be giving them or best buy my money ever again

The agent set the TV up did a sort walk of how to operate TV and the function

I don’t usually like to buy extended warranties for appliances or electronics, but I make an exception when it comes to TVs purchased from Best Buy. I would so much rather work with the Geek Squad than directly with the manufacturer. It’s worth it for peace of mind.
