A must have when making a big expensive purchase. It just sucks that the 2 years kicks in right away and not after manufacture warranty

I did not use the Geek Squad for my new TV. We did not mount it on the wall. It is on my dresser. Sorry I did not have a review for you.

Not sure it was worth the cost but it’s a nice piece of mind.

When I purchase this membership, I was a bit skeptical. My printer needed service. Geek squad showed up and was able to service my printer quick and I was able to continue my day productively.

I feel relieved to have this awesome protection plan. Best Buy stands behind its products with no hassle. I am relieved I have not had any problems so far.

But if I do, I am glad I got it to protect my investment. I wish I had bought on the LG set that went bad after 2 years. Went back to Samsung with the extended warrenty - can sleep good now.

Its for my protection. Not really much else to add. If it breaks they will fix it etc ;)

You need to ask this Squad Protection Because the employer does not offer to be an option to put in my electro domestic item.

I haven't had to utilize Geek Squad for my recent purchase. But I've used it in the past and they are knowledgeable, efficient and great customer services.

They always take good care of us and our products.

Hoping I never have to use the Geek Squad protection. Two year plan if something is going to go it's usually within the first 2 years.

I would never buy a product without it! It has saved me several times with products I purchased. Especially my FIT Bit. I never have a problem with getting items replaced. Well worth the investment.

Incase my TV drops and breaks from mother nature or screaming at my cat. I'll pay for the extra because who knows what the future will hold

I’ve had this protection for all my laptop devices. I’ve had damage to a keyboard, computer crash, multiple chargers go out and cd drive break. Thanks to geek squad I’ve been protected!

I have not used this protection plan, but will never purchase a major product without doing so. So far, no complaints

I love my membership and can bring in up to 3 computers for repairs. Sometimes i have to bring it in more than once but at least i have the service and can count on that without paying another cent.
