I purchased last years Sony 4K which was basically powered up for over a year. The 5 year warranty was a must just in case it decides it's had enough life! We'll see if Best Buy stands behind it's warranty!

This TV is a beautiful and modern designed set with exceptional picture quality. I was lucky enough to get an open box item that was in perfect condition.

Purchased for my daughter's tv! We haven't had any damages or need to use the protection but always nice to have especially with children!
