I purchased the service plan because its a great plan. specially for the extended warranty, the protection provided is excellent.

Bought this to protect my new 65inch Samsung TV. I hope I never have to use it, but I wanted my new TV to be protected, just in case.

Best Buy shipped an open box TV that was damaged as 'new'. It is not only insulting, but the gull to actually handle the product and drop it off this way knowing full well it isn't new is offensive. Delivery folks didn't even bother to take it back and passed it off as new. Now TV sales are over and I'm probably without a TV thanks to Best Buy.

Really glad for our Geek Squad assistance. Although telephone (especially supervisoral) help is lacking.

I did get the extra warranty for the TV but haven't had to use it yet therefore can't really say how well it will work for me but I am hoping with it being from Best Buy it will work very well for me

best TV for the price. took me white to learn voice command remote. but it works great.
