geek squad is always a must on big ticket purchases imo

When my tv failed I called in the geek squad. Each one was super nice. But. They misdiagnosed, lost the replacement parts, ordered the wrong parts. Also it’s hard to get an appointment. One customer service rep said they were understaffed and some people have to suffer a little bit. It was a month without my tv. Finally they just replaced it. Haven’t installed the new one yet. Fingers crossed.

You know they don't build tv s like they used to glad I got this plan it paid for itself when I made a claim. Claim was quick and easy to make a claim

I always purchase the added protection plan. If anything goes wrong I don’t have to worry about cost of repairs

I havent used the service since I got it and i kind of wish I hadn't. But, that's not their fault, its mine.

Paid for service plan - got a dead pixel - got an upgraded TV for the same price as the old. Bought the plan again on the new TV. It really works!

We haven't had to use the warranty. But it always gives us a piece of mind to have it.

Have not had to use yet, but just knowing under warranty for 5 years is excellent.

I glad that I added this purchase to my TV. I ended up having as issue with a few of the HDMI ports.

Love Best Buy warranty, no matter what we purchased from Best Buy we always get the warranty it is reasonably price and cover so much thanks Best Buy

This was just the TV I was looking for. I have looked at a few other brands to replace an older Sony LCD TV. This was the perfect TV for the PERFECT PRICE.

I'm hoping this will serve it's purpose. I have not had to use it but I feel very confident having it.

We recommend a WARRANTY if it's a big or expensive item.I have had to replace items due to no warranty

Had an issue with my tv, geek squad came and said I deserve a replacement tv and it was clear defect. Came to my house and made things very simple.
