Mounted my TV through heavy brick above my fireplace. Did a great job. No mess very happy would definitely recommend.

While warranties themselves are a total cash grab by every company ever, when buying a brand new TV thats $1000+, you'll thank yourself for getting this warranty. I got a 5 year warranty on my 65 LG CX. It covers burn in and will replace the device if anything goes wrong until 2025. Even if nothing goes wrong, that piece of mind is worth it for a $2000 television. No other warranty on the market covers burn in for OLED tvs. And I wouldnt buy a single year play let alone a 5 year plan from anywhere else.

HiSense at its price point is best Television. It serves my purpose very well without spending much. The amount I saved compared to buying expensive TVs, now I can spend on better services like high resolution streaming etc.

I had a 4.75 year old TV that died, it was not repairable but had a5 year service plan... Contacted BB Geek Squad, once determined status they put me in touch with a different team, in about 15 minutes they settled for the total cost of the broken TV (less service plan cost). I used that money too heavily discount the replacement TV. Very happy with the whole experience.

This is a great protection plan that worked out for me when I needed it. I had a very small dead pixel on my TV and Geek squad came to review it and the issue was quickly resolved as I was given a gift card to get a new TV.

have to wait and see what happens. My hope is that I do not need this service

Never known what can happen but with Geek Squad Service I know I'm covered.

Worth it especially since appliances are but built to last anymore

having bought the extended warranty in case somthing happened was a hard decision at the time due to added cost at the time of purchase 3years later i couldnt have been happier with my decision geek squad was fast to make a repair when that option didnt work out they replaced with a brand new one thanks geek squad.

OLED TVs are known to occasionally have risk of burn in, so geek squad protection is always a great idea when the warranty is only a year.

I do recommend to getvthis services is the one thing thatvhave save more money for me in past year.

In my opinion geek squad replacement plans are gold. Last TV I had was a Samsung KS8500 and I loved that television. But unfortunately after a few years the screen started to go bad so I used this warranty and it gave me a lot of money to go towards my next TV purchase. Which was a Sony OLED. I've then purchased a warranty for that television as well because OLEDs can experience burn in. And fortunate for me this plan covers burn in. I'm hoping I never need to use it but if I do I know it's there and it's well worth it.
