Geek squad knows everything, really kind people and always willing to help

Luckily, I have not needed to use this coverage or plan so far and I'm helping that I never will, but it is very nice and comforting to know that it is there. Should I need it? And I can say from experience in the past that the geek squad is more than qualified and knowledgeable to handle any issues that you may have and need to express.

I allways get geek squad.very good .you thay can't fix you product you get a refund. Are the same product. No hassle.

I have always purchased Geek Squad protection on devices through all the years. The few times that I have had to use it was perfect.

You must have Protection; we never know if items will stop working shortly. Technology is improving; however they are not perfect.

The all around service i received was great! Best buy is not just a leader in electronics, but they lead in customer service as well.

I am so happy with this TV I love I don’t have to have cable at all and it has so many channels. This is one of the best TV I have ever go.

Had an LG LED TV die on me. Brought it into Bestbuy, had to make an appointment to speak with a Geek Squad member. Next appointment was available the following weekend. I went in the next Saturday, TV was sent out within a day or so. I kept getting emails telling me what was going on. After 5 days or so they told me nothing could be done to repair the TV, it would cost too much. And I was getting a replacement. Went back to Bestbuy and they gave me a gift card for the full amount. If I didn't buy this protection plan, I would be out of $600. Needless to say I used the gift card to buy a new TV and I bought the extended warranty.

Tech sometimes dies quickly so it's good to have the extra assurance on board for a reasonable cost. Thank you.

This is my first time purchasing GeekSquad Protection. I spoke to friends and family about their experience and found it compelling enough for myself on my new display. In the past, I purchased a 65" 4k TV that had vertical banding issues, I went through the manufacturer for repair and it was a headache to go back and forth and wished I forked the dollars for protection via Best Buy. I also will say that the 5 year protection and price brackets are pretty competitive in terms of value. This is about protecting the consumer and I fully appreciate Best Buy and Geek Squad being very transparent about that in this program.

I rarely have to use Geek Squad, but it’s always nice to have them available to protect a purchase!

I selected to purchase the Geek Squad Protection Service Contract for my 50 inch Samsung LED UHD TV because of the positive previous experiences with Best Buy's Geek Squad. I had my office laptop die on me and they assisted me in selecting a suitable replacement and completely recovered and transferred all of my previous data to the new laptop. I would not hesitate to purchase a service contract from them in the future

Haven’t had to use it and hopefully won’t but it’s nice to know I’m protected should I need it

They were backed up so I had my son in law install and set TV up

Comes in handy. Peace of mind to have because you never know what happened with electronics.

I wrote another review for the first extended warranty I had purchased from the geek squad. My dad’s TV had gone out and had been discontinued. The geek squad came to the house and within days had a new TV installed and running for my dad. I had purchased the first warranty, thank God I was those TVs are expensive. So when this TV went out and was replaced I also purchased another extended warranty for a Christmas present just in case the TV went out again. They did a great job and thank God I purchased the warranty.
