Installation went very smooth the two guys explained everything to us

We were so glad we got the extended warranty with our purchase of the Insignia 50" TV . The geek squad came out promptly, and replaced the power supply twice, the third time the power supply went bad, Best Buy replaced the TV at no charge, We are very happy with the replacement, and Best Buy truly stands by their warrantys

Ive never had to utilize any protection but it never hurts to have the piece of mind. The one time, I didn’t purchase, my TV Literaaly stopped working in less than 3 months of purchase. Do think about it, just do it. It’s inexpensive piece of mind.

Always get the protection plan because you never know when you might need to replace whatever you bought

It would be stupid not to purchase the geek squad plan when buying a samsung tv for the price, because after you own the tv for maybe a month, you will get an insurance packet from samsung, after registering your tv online. It is extremely expensive, while geek-squad if you purchase minimum of 2 years you can renew it when the 2 years is up.

I did not initially purchase Gerk Squad for my TV, but during the grace period we had an issue and needed assistance. Geek Squad showed up right on time!!

For peace of mind, about $30.00 a month for 5 years was worth it. Protecting your investment is important.

They did a great job. Serviced my old tv and deemed it couldn’t be fixed and I got credit towards my new tv. Made the whole process super easy

I bought a 85 inch Samsung tv from Best Buy and to be frank, I’m loving it very much. It’s very easy to use and i have not had any difficult problem setting it up.

Best products to have in case of any damage to your TV

I highly recommend this product, when came time too purchased the representative explained the difference in the product I was hoping to purchase. The Geek representative also is highly recommended he has plenty of knowledge

Will buy the 5 year warranty every time. Our LG went blue and couldn’t be repaired in the last year of our warranty. New TV, full installation & wall mount included as that was how we purchased the LG 4 years ago.

This is a good plan if you need service on a dishwasher, it beats paying it out of your pocket if you need to replace it or repair it.
