I’ve been a Best Buy customer long enough to know that it just makes good sense to invest in whatever I’ve bought. Never been disappointed with the outcome.

I used my warranty to get this tv. Well worth it. It did totally cover the entire cost but it did help. If your thinking about it then there’s your answer.

I always get the "extra" protection because you never know what's going to happen. I figured I couldn't go wrong with getting it (and it was such a low price). It came in handy with a previous TV purchase. I only had to pay a "small" difference in the price of the TVs (since I purchased a different one the 2nd time).

I'm glad I bought the service plan on my Sony TV. It stopped working and I replaced it with a Samsung almost for free. I was very happy about that!!! I wish the remaining years of the old plan could transfer to the new plan, but they don't.

buying geek squad protection is like buying peace. You know they will be there if something arises.

Really expensive for a 77" OLED but you need a warranty with something this pricey. Ive had issues in the past with tvs and BB warranty and geek squad were always great

I always always always get protection. I have a little one, plus pets, PLUS accidents are bound to happen more often when you DON’T have protection. So far Best Buy protection plans have helped tremendously, especially on my child’s tablet.

A pretty good product protection plan. Worth the extra money so you don't have to worry about replacing your product and costing you full price again.

Bought two of these TVs during Black Friday deals. Must say at this price its an amazing TV. The picture quality and the colors are comparable to high end TVs.
