Not only do we all want warranty on our stuff but who better to take care of my electronics then Geek squad. I’ve never had an issue that they couldn’t solved and if it got to the point where it could not be solved it was replaced no questions asked

This service contract is well worth it. If anything goes wrong they will come fix it or replace

After purchasing a Samsung 65 inch TV, I wanted it to be professionally calibrated. The calibration tech came to my house and calibrated my TV in about an hour. It looks AMAZING!!! Very professional. Highly recommended.

I never usually get protection plans, but it was well worth it when some of my pixels went out. The process of replacing the TV was smooth, and technically was like getting an upgrade since a few years had passed.

Purchase the 5-year warranty because it was priced well. Geek squad is awesome but I hope I don't have to use them lol.

if you purchase a geek squad warranty, you did a right thing, all that i purchased in best buy i bought along a geek squad protection and its a rewarding thing for me and the products,, they will fix it and the technician is good, a very knowledgeable to the product,, two thumbs up for you geek squad team..

My sales person brought my TV to my truck let my seats down and make sure that my TV 75 inch fit in my truck

Nice to have extra Warranty for items you buy, but the Prices for the Extended Warranty have INCREASED DRAMATICALY.

Having burn in protection allows me to use my TV in HDR mode without worrying or babying the brightest. For the price, 5 years of peace of mind is worth it.

Geek Squad is exceptional!!! I purchase Geek Squad with all my major purchases. I would say purchase total support it saves almost have on most Geek Squad purchases which totally pays for itself if you require Geek Squad services.

I recently bought a TV and they can be smart but they can also break so by buying insurance gives me a piece of mind that if it stops working I can get it fixed and my money won’t go straight into the garbage

I have not actually had to use the geek squad, but they have answered many questions for me and were very knowledgeable when I am in the store trying to purchase what I need. I feel I will have reliable and knowledgeable service when I need them
