Just purchased this Geek Squad Plan for a 32-inch Insignia (Best Buy brand) TV.

I had bought a tv for my in laws and it wasn’t their favorite. Things kept messing up and the tv died a few months before the service was up. They refunded the money on a gift card since they don’t carry that one anymore so I got them a nice one that they love.

love this tv. amazing picture quality. Also easily connect to our Alexa and apple devices.

Feels great having the insurance for 5 years with Best Buy.

Geek Squad is Great, I could not get along without them. If I have a Problem I just give them a Call and it it needs to be repaired I can make an appointment and drop it off. GREAT SERVICE.

I have a young child who is getting into baseball and this package let’s me sleep well at night knowing if a fly ball cracks it I am covered

very reliable and professional. got the 5 years geek squad warranty for TV and they were professional in first inspecting the TV for the fault and then arranging for a replacement

If you're getting expensive electronics, buy the extended warranty. Geek Squad has some of the best coverage of any retailer.

Haven't had to use it but know of others that have and they only say wonderful things about the level of service they receive and their product fixed or replaced in a timely fashion.

Always get this insurance just in case. I have purchased it for my tv and come in handy, better to have it and not need it rather than need it and not have, plus you would pay alot more to fix things.

I have used the Warranty on other products at Best Buy. It is well worth it. Awesome coverage. But i have not had to use the Geek squad on my new Samsung yet. But i have used in the past.

I have used the Geek Squad twice now and have had a great experience both times. The first was for a tv the other was home computer. They are very professional and patient. They answered all my question.

Always get the insurance. Geek squad is legitimate!!!! .

I am very satisfied with the product and they explain exactly what you are getting when you go in store to ask more about the product.

Haven't had to use the extended warranty as of yet. Feel secure however in case the TV breaks
