I called the Geek Squad about a 5yr warrenty I purched when buying a new TV. Although I got transfered to several different people everyone was helpful and curtious leading to me getting the issue resolved. I recieved approvial for a new TV no cost to me. The BB team really went the EXTRA mile.

A must have if you are going to purchase any electronic device! I originally purchased a Hisense 75" flatscreen TV that a little over a year later, the backlighting went out on half of the TV and right before Super Bowl Sunday...sad day... Though I wasn't pleased with customer support when trying to find a way forward over the phone, I eventually was able to get in touch with a Geek Squad representative via the chat (recommend going this route). He was able to locate my purchase, and inform me that my TV would be replaced and at no charge due to the inadvertent issues! Protect your investments! You deserve to be compensated for items that you pay for and don't work to specs!

I always try to buy the insurance plan because you never know when you hide them.Will break down and the geek squad works for me

TV I purchased had a bad board. They replaced the board at no cost, but still had issues. They were able to replace the TV with a brand new one (newer model) at no additional cost, and they even threw in another warranty for free!

Great warranty protection at a great cost! We bought a 32" inch TV for a raffle.

I always purchase the extended warranty with all my products at Best Buy. Geek Squad are alway professional, prompt and very knowledgeable when dealing with the issues I have had with my products. However the best thing about the warranty is the procedure for replacing repair or just providing you with an in store credit for replacement at the cost you paid for the product if they do not have a comparable replacement.

I usually get a warranty with every electronic I purchase. I had issues with a television that I had purchased. I called Bestbuy and was told that I had Geeksquad and my warranty was through them. It took a few visits, but they ended up replacing basically the whole tv just about. Less than a year later, it did the same thing and Bestbuy refunded about 90% of the amount I paid for tv to put towards another tv, so I went bigger. I am glad I purchased warranty or I would have just had to purchase new tv.

The tv is incredibly clear and worked easily right out of the box.

They are always on time and they do really good job with repairs

We purchased the 5 year protection plan with our new Sony Bravia 65” X85J TV about 2 weeks ago. Have not had to use it yet thankfully and hopefully we don’t have to! So I really can’t comment too much on this but it’s nice to know that if anything does happen to our new TV that Best Buy will be coming out to our home to either repair whatever it may be (as long as it’s not a cracked or broken screen) that it will be fixed for free or replaced and you can believe that for the money we paid for the TV and protection plan, we will DEFINITELY be holding Best Buy to it!! I have all of the paperwork and have read each and every word in the terms and conditions.

Excellent service and warranty for any electronic item bought, Geek Squad always delivers good service.

I luckily have not had to use this but I always purchase it for peace of mind and it works. Often they forget to ask me if I want to add the protection when that happens I ask them for it.

Invested in a TV protection plan! Well worth just in case!

Got for my TV and haven’t had to use it but it is nice to have peace of mind that if something goes wrong it will be covered

This is the perfect item to have. It is protection for my items purchased.

Always get the protection if ur TV is over $1000. I bought the 5 year warranty on my old Sony tv. It broke 4 years 7 months in the warranty and they offered to give the same model for the new year or $870 towards new tv. It was definitely worth the money. BTW I paid $1000 for the old tv.
