I was standing over at the oled TV's and the guy who worked there asked me if I was thinking about buying one and I said yes! So he ask me to look at something he had on sale and it was a B7 55" lg oled tv! He showed me the price and my jaw dropped when I saw the price "699" and I said yes I will take it And I purchased this warranty and I am very happy with my purchase because this tv is great!

I had the protection on my old TV. They couldn't fix it so they gave me a new one. ( NO HEADACHE OR EXCUSES) They stand behind their warranty. I would recommend everyone take out The Standard Geek Squad protection. It saved my pocketbook about 600 dollars.

The value of geek squad protection for the amount of years it covers is great. The amount of protection that is covered also makes it worth it especially when the future is unpredictable.

Saved me a ton of money when the last tv went out. They gave me a gift receipt for the value of the tv and it was stress free and easy. Will never go with a lesser warranty again, its very much worth the money.

The service was excellent and the technician set up the TV and connect everything that was necessary and they also did a follow up call

Bought this service for 3 of my expensive purchases and I’m in my peace of mind.

I bought a 55"and a 65" SONY TVS.And then I also had them delivered and mounted.and then I got the warranty for both for 2yrs.I am 100%happy

Thankfully we had a protection plan, as our less than five year old television failed. We were able to upgrade to a new TV at no cost. Best Buy provided excellent advice and service.

Consider the cost of the tv i bought and they guarantee it for 5 years. I see tvs all over on cl selling w bad pixels or a line. If this hapoens in 4 years from nowwell i call best buy and tgey bring me a samsung series 9 tv that has 3d to my house and haul off the bad one who wouldnt want their tech replaced with the new updated version?

Produce works just as it should. No issues and customer service was exceptional. I will continue to use Best But gor all of my electronic needs

I have loved having the geek squad very very awesome service but I believe the price to much and it u pay for it, it should be the total best for the white purchase of what it covers

I gave five stars for the value. At $20 per year for 5 years on a 75" TV is quite reasonable. Although I haven't had anything go bad on me under an extended warranty.

seeing the horrible quality control of tvs this year, it’s really nice they come out and pick up tv from your house, i’ve been dealing with 20-30 samung tvs this year because of the bad DSE or banding in the screen, so it’s nice i can try getting a tvs and not have to drive 30 mins every week

Never can have enough extended warranty for electronics

Worth every penny. They replaced my Vizio 58 inch TV, purchased in Nov 2020. After verifying it could not be fixed they offered me my choice of several comparable TVs. The whole process was quick and easy. All it cost was the price of a new 2yr protection plan.

Great picture and quality would highly recommend it.

We had geek squad before and loved the protection on our items as we purchase a lot of things from Best Buy and we have had a few items fixed and will replaced it if they cat fixed it

Cant go wrong with 55" samsung s90c qd-oled. colors are vibrant ,Crystal clear picture and wildly thin profile. Good build quality. Game experience is top notch.
