I love this program, I am not really tech savy and the new Tvs are much smarter than I. Whenever I have a problem with my Sony Bravia and my Samsung Qled I just call and they come out and fix the problem for me. Usually its not the Tv, just the lack of knowledge of the user. LOL

The extended warranty is a bit pricey but still consider it worth the price should it be needed in the future,

I always purchase this protection as the comfort of knowing that my item will be replaced if it breaks is reassuring. I have had to use the warrantee many times and Best Buy has replaced my item for free whenever they could not fix it

I did not initially purchase Gerk Squad for my TV, but during the grace period we had an issue and needed assistance. Geek Squad showed up right on time!!

The last Protection plan I purchased covered Geek Squad analyzing my tv after three years and decided it was unrepairable. I was able to get a full replacement. Geek Squad protection is worth the added cost.

I haven't needed their services yet, but the warranty seems outstanding.

I'd never purchase a large appliance or entertainment equipment without also purchasing the extended warranty as well. The piece of mind of knowing your items are covered is well worth the money spent

Most people won't go for a 5 year extended warranty, but for $149. on a $700.purchase TV that would last under 10 years I figure it's worth the price. My last TV was less then 7 years old when it went. Who knows if the new ones will last that long.

Not only do we all want warranty on our stuff but who better to take care of my electronics then Geek squad. I’ve never had an issue that they couldn’t solved and if it got to the point where it could not be solved it was replaced no questions asked

It’s a warranty! And it’s for 5 whole years! I mean, it’s pretty self explanatory, but if you get an oled tv it is important to note that this does cover the burn in effect that sometimes happens from static images.
