They won’t replace your tv for accidental damage even though it says it covers accidental damage while moving it. Hit the screen on a banister going up the steps and they told me they wont replace it.

due to the impending circumstances that happen on a daily life - it is always good to be safe - I have had issues in the past and if it was not for me having this extra protection - I would be in sad shape - I always get the protection even if I keep the item for 10 years - it may happen down the line

Haven't had any issues with the television and mounted the television myself on existing wall mount. Haven't had to use the Geek Squad protection so no issues. Always have been satisfied with the service received from Best Buy.

They are very respectful and responsive and get the work done

I've purchased the two years protection because of economic reasons, but when it time to renew I will have that option. Hopefully I will never have to use it but I'm glad it's a option for me just in case I do.

I usually buy the warranty for the products I purchase at Best Buy. I have used the warranties I have purchased in the past for every one of my washers. I would recommend at least getting the warranty on any washer purchased.

A little expensive but my experience with their warranty policy has been pleasant. I haven’t had any issues with this TV but I feel confident any problems will be resolved satisfactorily! Installers were polite and efficient.

I purchased the 5 Year Protection Plan for my 65” Sharp 4K RoKu TV because I thought I definitely needed it for a purchase like this Incase anything goes wrong with my TV. I have not purchased a Sharp before so I really don’t know what to expect from it. I guess I just wanted to cover all my bases and have a peace of mind and not worry all the time.

My Geek Squad Service purchase was the best purchase decision ever because when I needed installation assistance I called the Squad and they were at my home in less than an hour and done in less than an hour.

I strongly recommend anyone purchasing electronics buying the protection plan is the way to go.

Have never had to use this other than once and it was prompt and effective service. Geek Squad technician knowledge levels are actually pretty good and my theory is to buy a model level down and pay for the extended warranty through this service

Got The Extra Protection Just In Case Something Happens!! To Me For Certain Items Always Worth It

I had a TV that went out and I needed to get it replaced. I called geek squad and they came out and replaced my TV for me so I do recommend getting a protection plan.

We had to have our 60" television set replaced twice within the first few weeks, as the vocal was totally out of sync with the picture. BestBuy made this an effortless process.

Every time I have to call the Geek Squad on a warranty issue I have a hassle. When my Sony TV died after only two years, I was told I would only be given current market value of $1080 for my $1700 TV. Also, that I would not get delivery and installation and as usual I was told I am out of the service area (even though that doesn’t seem to matter when they are selling you the TV and warranty). Lucky for me the store manager agreed that this was ridiculous and got me a replacement TV of equal value and had it delivered and installed. It’s too bad I can’t devide my review into two parts. 1 Star for the terrible Geek Squad phone customer service and five stars for the store manager!

I am so glad I add the warranty, to know my tv is covered gives me an added bonus to my new purchase.

I usually don't buy service warranty, however I chose to for this 65 inch TV. Mainly it offers in house service so no need to box up and send out. Knock on wood no need to use it so far. I like to call it Insurance.

I highly recommend this product if you purchase anything of value. This is where Best Buy is second to none there was no hassle and I had the geek squad out within 2 days to fix my issue with connectivity.
