This is definitely a fantastic product. I bought it for my mom as a Christmas present and she absolutely loves it. She watches our favorite shows and movies on it and it’s great to have a bunch of family to enjoy it also.

We got the 5 year warranty on an out of the box TV and so well worth it .. TV had a bad cooling fan when we first turned it on so we took it to Geek Squad and they sent it to Samsung and they replaced the Motherboard .. the TV looks and is amazing

I HAVE USED THE GEEK SQUAD A COUPLE OF TIMES AND THEY HAVE ALWAYS HELPED TO FIX WHAT WAS NEEDED.

Good for my 100 inch tv so i dont have to worry if something happens

So worth it. This was on my parents old TV I bought them. TV was about 4 year old and started getting dark spots. Geek squad had me send pictures and approved replacement. They came out and delivered the new TV and removed the old. Would always suggest either the individual plan or the plan that covers all purchases, both are a good value

I haven't use the geek squad recently but, in the past they never disappointed me and I'm sure they will not let me down if I needed them again.
