The process was worth it to protect my smart TV and the agents from the store helped me through it

Great dynamic picture and seamless clear crisp sound

When I got this TV it was because I notice small picture glitches with my old TV. When I called to see if I could get it repaired they said my TV might be too old. I was asked if it was under warranty. I said I believe so, but I'm not sure how long it was for. Turns out we bought the 5 year and I was in the last 5 DAYS if the warranty. I brought it in and as suspected it was too old to fix so they gave me the option to exchange for that same one of they had it (or could order it) OR to take the value of the TV b as store credit. Not the current value, but the value of when I bought almost five years ago. That credit bought me a Samsung 55". From a 40".

I get this on everything I buy over $100 due to I've had plenty of things die on me prematurely, after the manufacturer warrantee.

I would highly recommend the 5-year standard Geek Squad Protection plan for anyone looking to safeguard their valuable electronics. The comprehensive coverage and expert support make it a worthwhile investment.

This TV has the best picture of any tv I've ever owned. Even the sound is great. My only draw back would be the game mode. While it has to be in game mode for some fast moving games for the timing to work the picture doesnt look nearly as good. Only use game mode if the controls feel sluggish and it will corret them. Otherwise use the best picture you can and your game will never look better.

When my Sony TV's screen failed, I was relieved to remember that I had purchased Geek Squad protection. Frankly, I was expecting the service process to be a hassle, but it only took a couple of phone calls and my replacement TV (a newer version of the same TV) was on it's way. If you're looking at a major purchase, I'd definitely recommend purchasing a Geek Squad protection plan.

Best product work perfectly the size it was what I was expecting

In the past when I purchased my Samsung tv, my old one I just replaced, I purchased the extended warranty for that one. When it developed lines on the picture, within a day someone came out. checked the tv and was not fixable, I was given a number to call and a replacement arrived a few days later. Given the price for the extended warranty and the final outcome, it was well worth it. I purchased the extended warranty again for this tv, for "just in case". It is a decision I feel that is best for me.

It's the best protection plan I've bought. They came in and did a same-day repair on my TV and it was up and running. When it started having issues again and eventually died on me, Best Buy set me up with a new model of the same TV! Came the next day and dropped it off along with recycling the old TV for me. Gave me piece of mind and save me a lot of money.

After doing research on televisions we purchased a LG 55 inch. Brought it back the next day, no hassle return too, because it was just too big for our small living room and the sound was not great either. We exchanged it for a 48 inch Sony Bravia TV. That was the best move we could have made. The picture is crisp, the sound is incredible from the built in speakers, much better than the LG, and it is a SMART TV also. Price was right too. I have to say also that the salesman who helped us was tremendous. Very knowledgeable and courteous. It's nice when you can get answers to questions you don't know to ask. We have never been fans of Best Buy, but I believe this whole experience turned us around. They really know their stuff. Thank You.....

Geek squad installed & explained all features very clearly to us. Connected tv to other devices &took my old tv& disposed it. Very friendly, & helpful crew.

Good protection plan, easy to setup and overall a good plan.

Great value for just straight tv watching. Closed caption is big enough to easily to read. Picture quality is good.

Definitely needed this for my tv, hung it on the wrong mount and it started glitching.

Have not used the protection service yet. I hope I never have too. That's the reason I only gave it 4 stars. I hated even to rate it until I use it if I ever do. I believe there is a time limit on rating it. I do know they did a very nice jog delivering it and installing it.
