Have not had to use their service yet on new tv but have had great response when needed on computer

Thank you to Best Buy for offering protection plans for my more expensive electronics. I hope I never need to use it, and I have had to only in rare cases, but it’s nice to be able to pay for some peace of mind.

I will be taking my TV in for service today to figure out what the solid light issue is.

Haven't used the service yet but for the price I added the 2 year coverage based off other reviews.

I haven't use my warranty yet and hopefully i don't have to.

I love the geeks. It's such a cool thing to have apart of the buying experience.

I got this warranty because I dropped my previous tv, my second one in 1 year, and had I had a warranty the first two times, I wouldn’t be in this boat. I know that the next time something may happen to my tv, it’s covered and will be in great hands. :)

Amazing projector I use it every night We’re all the movies you can imagine in the world you can watch on this.

I am so glad I purchased the plan. At first I was not sure to get the plan but I am real grateful I did. I bought a brand new Tv and the main board was bad the geek squad tech ordered a replacement. If you have major money in electronics, you should have this.

The geek squad has always stood by their service agreements. I always purchase this service when buying any type of electronics. Best Buy's Geek squad has always been fast and quality service.

Havent had to use it. But i will find out because the picture on the TV is cutting out and i may need ro use this warranty.

Love this protection, they came thru when my other TV had lines across the screen, one phone call and a replacement TV was on the way
