Got just in case. Had an issue with a tv I bought in the past and didn’t get the protection plan then so I made sure to get it this time.

It was good while I had it. Unfortunately my laptop only had issues after it expired.

Best warranties on the market hands down! I go out of my way to buy best buy products just because of their warranties!

I purchased this as an add on for my dads new 65" Samsung Television. You cant go wrong with Geek Squad in home service.

Hopefully this new Toshiba will last longer than 3 yrs and the 2yr warranty will suffice

He did an excellent job helping us figure out printing from phone bc I didnt know what happened in was in settings and an app not installed

Delivery and setup was outstanding and to have the 5 year protection plan brings peice of mind for future troubles.

We always get geek squad on all products. I recommend because you never know when you might need it.

Peace of mind is what you get in these terms and sometimes they can pay off, but you just never know. It varies with each person.

This has helped a couple of visit with out MacBook. It gave us free install for our backup camera for our newest driver.

I would get this on all my electronics. If they cant fix it, they get you a new one. So lets say they dont make that product anymore, you get the new model. it is a win win.

Good value. I recommend adding this to your purchase just in case something was to go wrong. I have had good customer service.

Have not yet used it because my TV works great, but I’m glad I purchased extra guarantee in case it malfunctions
