    So, this is a little tricky for me. We love Geek Squad and my husband has an account as well. We had to purchase this GS Protection because we could not purchase our new TV and get the appropriate protections under my husbands account with GS. No matter how we tried to place the order under my husbands name, Best Buy could not get the full warranty to show up because my husband already had GS and it wouldn't allow the full warranty to kick in on the new TV??? So, the only way to get the full warranty was to purchase the TV in my name and also start a GS account in my name, and now we have two. Not terrible, but I think this is a little shady and there should be a workaround. Speaking with the GS reps that came out to deliver and install, they also agreed that this shouldn't have been an issue.

    I mean, havent had to use it yet. But have confidence that there is some coverage for 100" tv. Price was reasonable (because tv price was reasonable too)

    Fortunately have only had to use the geek squad service a handful of times, but when I do they were quick to act and was a very pleasant and easy experience.

    The Geek Squad got the Bravia 75" UHD TV up the stairs to my 600 sq ft loft area with no problems and put things together with no problems. I had the TV for about a week with no problems except for setting up and installing apps. Hardware wise the clock has started and we'll see where things go from this point...

    Jayden help me with a problem with an iPhone 14 and he was very nice super helpful explaining everything we needed and gave us all the options regarding the device. I ended up sending the phone back to apple and I got it the very next day and Jayden called me right away to let me know it was there. Definitely best service there!

    While warranties themselves are a total cash grab by every company ever, when buying a brand new TV thats $1000+, you'll thank yourself for getting this warranty. I got a 5 year warranty on my 65 LG CX. It covers burn in and will replace the device if anything goes wrong until 2025. Even if nothing goes wrong, that piece of mind is worth it for a $2000 television. No other warranty on the market covers burn in for OLED tvs. And I wouldnt buy a single year play let alone a 5 year plan from anywhere else.

    They were booked out a month, but with things being the way they are these days, I understand. I needed their help to finish setting up our TV. I was so glad we bought the coverage! The way electronics are built these days, I always opt in for the insurance. The tech was friendly, patient, and very knowledgeable! I only wish they had more knowledgeable customer/phone support. My issue probably could have been solved over the phone.

    Warranty is great to have. Replaced my TV that went out.I have had two TV’s replaced with the extended warranty. Just make sure they take the old TV with them.

    In my opinion geek squad replacement plans are gold. Last TV I had was a Samsung KS8500 and I loved that television. But unfortunately after a few years the screen started to go bad so I used this warranty and it gave me a lot of money to go towards my next TV purchase. Which was a Sony OLED. I've then purchased a warranty for that television as well because OLEDs can experience burn in. And fortunate for me this plan covers burn in. I'm hoping I never need to use it but if I do I know it's there and it's well worth it.
