Haven’t had the need to use it soooooo...... I really don’t know how to advise you

The agent now it’s in my TV and connected all my devices. They were awesome!

Haven't needed to use it but I know my tv will be well taken care of for years.

All I can say is that the protected product is very good brand but it is better to have it protected in case of accidents.
