I usually never buy a service plan but I did with the purchase of my new television. It's for "just in case". Hopefully I will never need to use it and if I do it was worth the price!

Nice alternative to the usual one year warranty. We had a laptop we bought once that didn’t have it and the screen stopped working just out of warranty. In the long run, it’s worth the extra charge for peace of mind.

as you know technology has the 50/50 chance of going bad. i've never had an issue of my stuff going bad as of yet (knock on wood) but I like the ease of mind knowing my product is secured for years to come. price is always a great deal with bestbuy, mid as well purchase it if you want to avoid the hassle of when unfortunately it does happen and you feel your money is now going down the drain.

Good to have this protection on my 77 inch tv it is a great warranty to have. Their plan through Geek Squad is awesome.

Protection is a must for me for all my TV's and electronics, I've been satisfied in the past anytime I've ever had troubles or needed to use the plan for coverage. Always read your protection plans thoroughly Geek Squad tends to update them year to year.

I found out after first purchase to add Geek. Works wonderful from home did not have to go into store for one of my devices. But did on computer problem and they solved the problem very quickly.

Absolutely excellent decision as my TV needed a repair within 12months and completely replaced within 24months. WARRANTY was well worth it as the service was great and the replacement went so smoothly that we had new TV on the wall within 3days.

I had a tv that the back panel had burnt up suddenly. No issues with getting a new tv to replace the one that back panel burnt up. Would recommend Geek Squad protection.

I bought my nephew a new TV for his birthday end it was a little larger and I recall the troubles they had putting that one up so I decided to add the geek squad with TV set up and delivery it was well worth It for my nephew as with his schedule it was nice to come home to a new TV hanging on the wall above the fireplace and the TV is protected for five years

Perfect service to give peace of mind for purchases!

I strongly recommend purchasing the Geek Squad Protection for any major purchase you make at Best Buy! We had purchased our TV three years ago when one part of the screen went dark. We called and they sent someone to our house (we are 90 miles from the nearest store), who said it couldn't be fixed. Once their insurance reviewed it, we were given store credit towards a new TV. Pay for the Geek Squad Protection...you may never need it, but if you do, it will be money well spent!

Love the comfort of my subscription. I did not need support to mount or get the new Samsung 32 inch TV up and running. I may have to call them as the HDMI cable and this cable to the DVD player is an accessible so I’m going to have to put a new end on it.

It works great and the picture quality is great. It was easy to setup in less than 15 minutes. I would definitely recommend this television.

No mounting was done. Customer will do it themself.
