As seniors, we are easily confused with how any new technology works. My son talked us in to this TV and surround sound. We would have never been able to get everything up and running without the Geek Squad help. The tech was very patient and showed us how to work everything. We refuse to move it because it works so well!

If U need the Coverage its comforting knowing that you have five years if the need of repair or replacement arises

I got this on an Insignia TV. Great value for 5 years. So far I have not had to use it, but if I do, the price was well worth it. I would encourage everyone to get one, especially for a TV.

I am so glad I purchased this television. The picture quality is just beautiful. I tell all my friends and family about this television. It is so easy to get to everything you want to watch because it is all at the bottom of your screen instead of having to scroll all over the place. It is the best purchase I have ever made!! Highly recommend the Geek Squad warranty. Manufacture warranties don't last long and you gotta ship them out. Totally regretted not getting it for my monitor, but got it for most other items. Have used it and they make it easy for a Repair/Replacement

This 2 year protection plan came in handy once my tv stopped working almost 2 years to the purchase date. Geek Squad mailed it out to be diagnosed and within 2 days I received an email that my device would be replaced. I went in and was given a gift card.

Haven’t needed to use it yet but looking forward to the geek helping me out

Excellent, no hassle customer service. Purchased this plan about 5 years ago on another TV. Filed a claim and they exceeded my expectations!

We bought a 5-year warranty just in case. But we send up the TV by ourselves. Process seemed a little long but we're not so savvy.

Haven’t had to use it yet but have had geek Squad service several times in the past year and frankly, where I am, they’ve been so good that I always try to purchase through Best Buy.

My tv was mounted and installed by two of the most intelligent agents they could have sent my way. I felt very comfortable having them to work in my home. The patient they had explaining the ups and downs of have to maneuver through the channels was a plus.

TVs aren't lasting as long as they used to. Sometimes less than a year before they develop a critical issue. This takes the worry and hassle out of getting it repaired or replaced.

I like to purchase the GS service along with the items I buy at Best buy just in case...and I have used them.
