Got as added protection. Hope I won’t have to use it. If so, hope it was worth it. Wish the manufacturer’s warranty was longer than the seemingly standard one year.

I always purchase insurance on all my items. I love the fact that I can get to my local Best Buy and get the help asap. I've used Geek Squad and they definitely helped me with all my questions and guide me on replacements when needed.

Absolutely spectacular service from the Geek Squad and store manager at my local store. If you're buying a big ticket item getting this plan is a must. They'll even come to your house for assessment and repair.

It is really nice to have this service, I can take my product back if needed, which gives me a lot of piece of mind. And after 5 years, most products need some kind of service!

I love the coverage that is offered and would recommend to anyone buying anything worth protecting.

Degree squad is wonderful just in case if any accidental accident happened. I know that I am cover.

I've only used Best Buy warranty once in my life. It was with TIVO DVR OTA. It stopped working, took it to Best Buy, and they told me to get a new one. End of the story. K9

Always there when I need help or fixes for my tv so I think they are great

I usually get an extended warranty like this on TVs. I think the price that Bestbuy offers for them and I feel that the coverage makes it a great deal!

Every time I have to call the Geek Squad on a warranty issue I have a hassle. When my Sony TV died after only two years, I was told I would only be given current market value of $1080 for my $1700 TV. Also, that I would not get delivery and installation and as usual I was told I am out of the service area (even though that doesn’t seem to matter when they are selling you the TV and warranty). Lucky for me the store manager agreed that this was ridiculous and got me a replacement TV of equal value and had it delivered and installed. It’s too bad I can’t devide my review into two parts. 1 Star for the terrible Geek Squad phone customer service and five stars for the store manager!

Far superior to Home Depot in ease of use and Customer Service. I've purchased 2 TV's, a sound bar, a Microwave Oven and a Dishwasher in the last 12 months and there Geek Squad response times are outstanding!

I feel very comfortable having this protection. I used it for a past item and my questions are always answered, and issues resolved!

I will not purchase any other protection plan other than this. With geek squad I can enjoy my purchases.
