5 Year Standard Geek Squad Protection has been a money saver in the past when it comes to the latest in electronic equipment. It seems like the more features in electronics the more susceptible to being harmed. So it can be worth it for expensive items.

I haven't had to use geek squad for my recent product purchase but I have used them in the past. They are great.. quick and know what they are doing. It's always good to have protecting especially with technology these days. Could get you a new tv for that price !

The five year warranty is great. I bought a TV years ago and the picture died and the warranty completely allowed me to get a comparable TV. Totally worth the money.

The protection plan is a great choice when purchasing more expensive electronics. Can’t beat the ability to replace something you bought if it breaks without the hassle of manufacturers. The only negatice would be the price point.

Geek Squad is amazing and they really show that they care about the customer. Will purchase this service any time that it is available.

due to the impending circumstances that happen on a daily life - it is always good to be safe - I have had issues in the past and if it was not for me having this extra protection - I would be in sad shape - I always get the protection even if I keep the item for 10 years - it may happen down the line

the geek squad agents did a super job on setting up 65 inch tv. they explained how to set up the apps. I am very satisfied. Ron V

we havent had to use this service on this product but we have used geek squad service protection on other products before and it was very good.

We bought this for "protection" but have not had to use it.

Very nice to have this service to play it safe when buying expensive items. Better than most other services that have been coming out recently. Highly recommended to pick this one up just in case

I like the size and roku built in for the low price i paid. The picture is very sharp but the downside is my speaker was not compatible.

Fortunately did not have to use. Purchased the protection as insurance after my Son had an issue with his older big screen, they could not get the part and they gave him a full reimbursement towards a new one.
