Good to have j.n.c.!!! U know how eletronics are it can get very hard to connent or trouble shoot

We always buy the geek squad protection. Best Buy really does fix or replace their products. The only issue is if they replace it, they take away your best buy points??? Never understood that?

Haven't used it yet but I have in the past for other items. Overall it's worth the money.
