I recommend to everybody whenever you have the option to get a warranty from Best Buy, get it because you can’t go wrong unless you don’t get it.

Kids broke my computer twice thankfully i was able to get it fixed..sime and easy to do.

Have yet to use my protection plan on anything but worth the peace of mind for the price I pay with my employee discount.

I have not used the geek squad for my new tv and hope I do not need to but I have used them for a laptop in the past and was very pleased with their help.

For about 20 years I’ve purchase my tech from Bestbuy and Geek Squad has always been a great addition. I’ve never had issues with them. Great support and totally worth it.

They've done great to help when I have had questions.

Best Buy product protection is the best! You get service locally if you need it ... unlike a warranty I had for another TV that I bought elsewhere and for which I actually had to pay something like $35 to ship away to get it replaced

I have purchased several items through best buy and I always get their protection plan on large purchases. I haven't had a need to use to them for this recent purchase, but when I've needed help, they have always been great.

Rudy was great when he came out and installed my new TV. I have called him twice with minor problems and he has walked me through what needs to be done. He is helpful and patient. I am so, so glad I bought this additional coverage.

The Geek Squad arrived at our house as scheduled. Observed the Covid19 safety directions, installed the TV. Explained its workings and features and left within a hour. Good Job!

I always purchase the Geek squad service. I watch a lot of television. My tvs break down, I take them in and the Geek squad service is honored. I get a new tv.

You dont have to be a geek to get protection. I purchased this in the past and did not hesitate to purchase it now. DONT take home your electronics without the GEEK SQUAD protection! You never know when you will need it...

Vizo system works well together, TV is brighter and clearer and sound is great.

The limited warranty that come with the televisions with today’s Technology are extremely limited. With the geek squad warranty you have more than one year an expert service at your disposal and it’s far from limited.

Protect your stuff. You spent the money buying it and potentially spend a few hundreds on it so why not protect your purchase.

We always purchase extended insurance with GeekSquad. They have always been very professional and helpful.
