Tv will not work with the remote I have called talked to geek squad service and ask if they could come back and make this tv turn on , it turns off but not on ! How can I answer the next question would you recommend this geek squad service to a friend?

You never know when you will need a replacement but when you do it is such a relief to use the repacement plan. I've had to use them once or twice and they work great. No hassle highly recommend on anything you buy.

Buying new technology seems to come with some risk and a $2500 TV is not something I was willing to risk. The extended warranty gives me piece of mind knowing that if something breaks, Best Buy will take care of it for me.

You can't not have a plan and this is a really long one to last through the years. Comes with the systems hardware malfunctioning on its own, but at 5 years, it's a necessary purchased for well cared for, and pricey, purchases.

Great insurance! If something goes wrong you can get it fixed!

The protection plan was great glad I purchsed another one for my replacement TV!

Haven't had to use it yet but seemed like a good value. I did actually hear good things about them and it doesn't hurt to have extended warranty.

This plan comes In handy my first tv the screen was cracked second tv was not familiar with the brand and my third tv was just what I was looking for the service was awesome

Like a favour for love best by perception friends hassle free if anything happens all you have to do is bring in need if they can't fix it they will replace the I never had

Dudes and dudettes, I absolutely love the Squad and it’s plans. I mean who doesn’t love spending a few extra bucks know your devices are covered for, this one is 5 years, but for many years?! So simple and easy

After having the protection plan on a few other purchases I had to have it on the TV. Protection plan makes everything right if you have a problem.
