I'm finally writing a review for this tv. I had a thunderstorm about a few months after purchase and the quality of the tv hasn't been the same. I reached out to best buy to come fix my tv and just like most of you said, I had to contact Hisense to come out. because of the Manufacture first year warranty. Three tv specialist have been to my home and nothing has changed. The picture isn't sharp/clear at all anymore. I was told that I have to deal with this tv until after the one-year warranty is over. I couldn't believe I had to wait this long to enjoy my tv. Withing this timeframe I went back to best buy and brought another 85-inch tv which I'm happy with. I agree with one of you said, why did I pay for a 5-year warranty when it really a 4-year warranty? My one year is coming up, and I hope best buy can take care of their loyal customers. But I wouldn't recommend this tv for anyone. The worst tv I ever brought.

Knowing your product is protected for 5 years gives you a peace of mind. Geek Squad service is pretty reliable.

Do take anything home without it. There will be a time you will regret it with the quality of electronics these days.

I have this one and the 85" version. Love them both. Great picture and great price! Lots off included apps and the voice control works flawlessly

A extra protection is a must and needed for sensitive and expensive electronics

They delivered the TV set it up. They were very knowledgeable and showed me how everything worked on the television and remote

While I tend to usually get warranties. This is a good deal. While it was around $170. Over 5 years comes to about $3 a month. Definitely worth the peace of mind in case a fuse, led, etc malfunctions.

I had TV installed and old 36 inch heavy TV monster removed. By buying this coverage my cost for membership was $50 with TV installation and old TV removal. Great deal.

Never would get the extended plans before, only took one time to figure out it was worth the cost. For such a low cost you are cover for repairs or replacement. It was pain free to get our set replaced when it went.
