Having burn in protection allows me to use my TV in HDR mode without worrying or babying the brightest. For the price, 5 years of peace of mind is worth it.

Had a 2015 Samsung screen die a week before warranty was up(planned obsolescence?) and BB gave me full refund and honored warranty. It's also the ONLY warranty to cover the specific term "burn-in" for OLED. Great warranty!

Haven't used the warranty and Hopefully won't need to. Always had good warranty aervice from Best Buy.

I haven't had to use geek squad for my recent product purchase but I have used them in the past. They are great.. quick and know what they are doing. It's always good to have protecting especially with technology these days. Could get you a new tv for that price !

very professionally done in a timely manner its been six months and since the installation of my wall mounted 50 inch tv and no issues yet.

Haven't had any issues with the television and mounted the television myself on existing wall mount. Haven't had to use the Geek Squad protection so no issues. Always have been satisfied with the service received from Best Buy.

The agent that came to my home to service our tv was professional, knowledgeable and on time as promised.

Always buy the longest protection plan they have. If your TV gives you any problem they will replace harass free if they can't fix it.

Very helpful and useful for any electronics will help out with any issues you may have.
