I've never bought a TV, that hasn't had problems at some point. I've always gotten the extended warranty through geek squad, and they have been great when I've had to use it in the past. I would recommend to always get this coverage when investing a lot of money.

This was a big reason why I bought the TV I did through Best Buy. This was a gift for my parents, and I knew that if they had any problem with the TV that Geek Squad would take care of them.

Always Buy Best Buy Geek Squad Service Warranty. Only had to use 1 time in pass, buy Geek Squad Replaced that Product , No Problems

My TV was broke and they explained what needed to be done or gave me an option for a gift card. I was very satisfy with my option.

I’ve never had to use this service and hope I never do which is why I buy Samsung products.

Haven't had to use the Protection Plan yet, and hopefully never need to. But it is very reasonably priced for the item being protected.

Geek squad protection is the best. Haven't had to use it since your products are durable and hopefully I won't have to buy I know 8t works as my wife keeps ruining her headphones!!!

The staff at customer service was very professional while checking out. Staff at the door to welcome customers coming into the store. My device is working very well. The agent was very professional.

It's a good insurance in case your item stopped working. I haven't used it so far, but, based on my experience with Best Buy they will fix or replace your item.
