Great service! And The insurance paid for it itself

We have purchased this warranty to cover the Samsung TV also bought from Best Buy. So far with any warranties we have purchased through them they have honored accordingly.

Always get geek squad warranties on expensive electronics, very easy to work with them.

This is a good service that I initially purchased in 2015 when I bought a MacBook. I purchased in 2018 when I bought a Samsung smart TV, I haven’t had to use it yet. But it’s like with any other warranty or “insurance” it’s a hypothetical if something goes wrong.

I will never purchase a large ticket item without the geek squad protection. Anything happens and they come out and fix it right away. No hassle. Highly recommend.

Best Buy product protection is the best! You get service locally if you need it ... unlike a warranty I had for another TV that I bought elsewhere and for which I actually had to pay something like $35 to ship away to get it replaced
