No way would I purchase a major appliance or TV without getting the protection plan. You have a choice between the number of years.

I think protection and warranties are very important...things happen!!!!

They hooked up the television and did not coordinate the remote. Also they did not check the picture as the tv was defective. When I called for service, they told me it would be nearly 2 weeks. When service came out, they said it should have been replaced not serviced as it is a new television. I scheduled a replacement and no one showed up. I called and was told someone would contact me and no one did.

Like any other insurance, glad I have it just in case.

Protecting your large purchase so always be a number one priority. It's so worth it!

I bought it with two years of insurance, I hope you won't have any problems if you need to use it.

All features work great, but the home screen should give an option to simplify... it's too many shows being advertised, too many movie and show options all at once. Customers should have a choice to opt out or change the format.
